Delete your account & data

Elementex (a mobile tower-defence game by Tassilo Posegga — see the Impressum) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app. You do not need an account, email, or password to play, so there is nothing to log into here — deletion happens in-app.

Delete in-app (recommended)

  1. Open Elementex.
  2. Go to Settings (the Prefs hex on the main menu).
  3. Scroll to the Danger zone.
  4. Tap Delete account & data, then tap again to Confirm.

This takes effect immediately. The game then starts you fresh on a new anonymous session.

Prefer email?

If you can’t access the app, email tassilo@posegga.eu with the subject “Elementex account deletion”. Because accounts are anonymous, please send the request from the device or include any in-app player ID shown under Settings so we can locate the right record. We action requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your player record and everything linked to it: your gem balance and ledger, rune inventory and recall pool, all leaderboard scores, and your in-app settings. If you linked a Google Play Games or Apple account, that link is removed too.

What may be retained

Records we are legally required to keep — chiefly purchase/billing records, where tax and accounting law requires retention — are kept only for the legally required period and are de-identified so they can no longer be tied to you. (Elementex has no in-app purchases at the time of writing, so typically there is nothing in this category.) Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
